Terms and Conditions

– If you cannot attend as planned then the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellation  60 days> plus  prior to event date of  May 16th 2025   – full refund providing your space can be reallocated

Cancellation less than <60 days prior to event date  May 12th 2025   – no refund is applicable

Application for a refund should be made directly to the Event Organiser.

– Tickets are non-transferable and are only valid for the named participant given upon purchase.

– Tickets are only available for non-Tenchfishers members at the time of purchase – any existing Tenchfishers member purchasing a ticket will have that entry cancelled and no refund will be given.

– In the event of the Championships not being able to proceed at Linear fisheries due to local conditions prevailing at that time, The Tenchfishers will enter into negotiation with the fishery management to recover event hire funds. If those funds can be recovered these will then be returned in equal shares to all entrants. However this is only applicable if the total sum recovered  (minus our operating costs) yields a surplus. Competitors may request a copy of the event  accounts under such circumstances from the Event Organiser.
