National Tench Championships

Do you love tench? Do you have what it takes to become the 2025 National Tench Champion? Then the Tenchfishers National Championship is for you! The 2025 National Tench Championships will again be held at Linear Oxlease Lake, between Friday 16th May – Sunday 18th May 2025.
The entry fee will be £145 per participant, and you will be competing to win this prestigious title and many exiting prizes. There will be trophies for the first three places and the biggest tench caught, and prizes totalling over £1,250 from our sponsors including Gardner Tackle, Harrison Advanced Rods, The Tacklebox, Bespoke Rods by Oz, The Hookbait Company, Linear and more.
There are 24 places available to non-Tenchfishers members which will go on sale on Tuesday 4th February at 7pm via the Tenchfishers website. There is a National Tench Championships Facebook page and details will be shared there also, along with our Instagram channel.
This is your opportunity to pit your tench fishing skills against some top tench anglers at a venue that has produced fish to 12lb in previous seasons.
